• Send SMS follow-up messages to your customers on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing receipts)

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information to third parties.

WinYourQuote sends SMS messages to your customers on your behalf using the phone numbers you provide. We act as a data processor for your customer data in this context — you are the data controller responsible for ensuring you have obtained appropriate consent from your customers.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States and equivalent telecommunications laws in other jurisdictions. All automated messages include opt-out instructions. We honour opt-out requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients of SMS messages sent via the Service.

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver the Service:

• Twilio: SMS and voice communications infrastructure. Twilio processes message content and phone numbers. See Twilio's Privacy Policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
• LemonSqueezy: Payment processing and subscription management. LemonSqueezy processes your billing information. See their Privacy Policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): AI features within the Service may use Anthropic's Claude API to process text. Data sent to Anthropic is subject to their usage policies at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery (account verification, notifications).

Each provider is contractually required to protect your data and may only process it as directed by us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest
• Access controls limiting who can access your data
• Regular security reviews and monitoring

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@winyourquote.com.

We retain your account and customer data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (such as billing records, which we retain for 7 years).

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days subject to legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
